Powers Law tepresents you as an individual or small business owner in litigation of various legal issues. We work mainly with litigation in the civil courts as well as with executive measures and appeals. But we also litigate in other fora, such as public agencies and administrative courts. We accept cases within the following areas.

  • smaller construction law cases,
  • property law,
  • forced sale of co-owned property,
  • contract law,
  • consumer law,
  • company and association law, and
  • family law (read more about family law here).

As our client you will be able to make a well-fonded choice regarding how you wish to proceed with the conflict resolution process. You will also be aware of the risks associated with that choice. It is always your best interest as our client which will govern the course of the procedure. Before we make a recommendation, such as filing a law suit, we will estimate the possibility of success and discuss this with you.

Retaining an attorney can be costly but in some cases there may be insurance coverage available or you may qualify for legal aid.

We are working on providing more information about insurance coverage, legal aid and our own general contract terms in English. However, they are currently only available in Swedish. You can read the Swedish texts on insurance coverage and legal aid here, and our general terms and conditions here.
